Despite losing at home last weekend, the Minnesota Swarm remains the top team in this week's Lacrosse-Network.com Experts Poll.

Minnesota got a run for the honor this week, though, outpolling the Buffalo Bandits by just four points. The Swarm drew 88 points, including four first-place votes, while the Bandits finished with 84 points (including two first-place votes).

Philadelphia, which lost yet again last weekend, slips to number three (77 points, one first-place vote) in the rankings this week, while New York (the team that beat the Wings) jumped two places to fourth, with 71 points (one first-place vote).

Colorado (68 points) rounds out the top five, with San Jose (61 points) falling to sixth.

The bottom of the rankings got a thorough shaking, too, as Calgary edged Toronto for eighth place, 36-34, after the Riggers were ranked tenth last week; Chicago dropped two spots to eleventh (20 points) after losing twice; and Edmonton stumbled into an unanimous last-place ranking.

Our panel of eight experts includes a wide range of top lacrosse minds, including Outsider's Guide writers, players, and coaches. Scoring is on an 12-11-10-etc. basis, so that the maximum score a team can earn is 96 points and the minimum is eight points.

The complete rankings from this week's Experts Poll, with comments (win-loss record through Sunday is in parentheses):
